God in His great wisdom, DID NOT create angels in HIS image. Neither were angels ever commanded to go forth and multiply. It is very very important to know that Angels are not created in God’s image. As they are not created in God’s image, they can not create anything! Neither can they multiply. Angels can only copy, mimic, or reproduce things. So, they can only APPEAR as angels of light.
Human beings are unlike angels. We are created in God’s image, and because He is creative, we are able to create things also. Angels and humans are like God in one respect. We all have the ability to think, reason, and make choices. Angels and man were created perfect. Both were in God’s presence and each consciously chose to disobey God. Lucifer led the angels that rebelled against God. They were kicked out of Heaven and cast down to the earth before God created Adam and Eve. Fallen angels and devils can not repent. The fallen angel Lucifer APPEARED to Adam and Eve as an angel of light.
God had already given Adam and Eve His word. The first couple knew better, than to believe the fallen angel. The human race could have been born without sin but Adam and Eve disobeyed God and died spiritually before they had children. That conscious decision meant that all humanity would be born and subject to sin and death. Adam and Eve’s children were born, after their parents died spiritually. Every generation of humanity would be born into the world and worship whatever APPEARED to be right to them.
Angels do not understand God’s plan of redemption and salvation for men and woman. But, men and woman can easily repent and understand God’s plan of salvation. Repent and accept Jesus as Savior. Make Him Lord of your life and receive God’s amazing grace. He promises forgiveness of sin and eternal life to those who believe. Those who refuse to repent, refuse to clear their conscience before God. That unclear conscience condemns us. It’s a daily reminder of the sin of unbelief. The unclear conscience speaks against the amazing grace of the Living God.
